When I turned to Google to read about `Miranda Lamb’ much to do with Miranda Lambert, the singer, immediately came up. With further investigation I found information about other Miranda Lambs to include: teachers, artists, and athletes. It isn’t until several pages in to my google search that I found stories from various news outlets and their reports on the Toronto Van Attack dating back to April 23rd 2018- in which my team and I were involved that I found anything linked to me directly.
I use Facebook and Instagram much differently than I do Twitter. I only invite friends and family to follow me on Facebook and Instagram as this is where I may post things about my thoughts or my personal life- as a result these accounts are private and not shared. Twitter, however, I use more as an information and professional networking tool. I do not share personal information on Twitter.
Aside from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter I also use Pinterest. I expected my last 10 posts on Facebook to be about family and friends, however since the 1 year anniversary of the Toronto Van Attack has just recently passed, I have a few posts about the police officer involved in the take-down of the suspect and being thankful for the health care professionals and first responders working over Easter. Additionally I spoke about teachers and parents working together for the future of our children’s education recognizing the need to look at all of the layers of education and healthcare before making quick budget decisions. Twitter has been posts on kindness in the workplace, understanding our creative type, AED/STOP THE BLEED dual cases in high traffic public spaces, and an article link on relationships becoming an even more critical leadership capability.
